COACHING PHILOSOPHY: As a volleyball coach, I have been told I am firm and funny. I want the girls to thrive both on and off the court. I believe competitive sports offer numerous benefits for girls, encompassing physical, mental, and social well-being. Participating in sports improves physical health, boosts self esteem and confidence, develops strong life skills like teamwork and resilience. These experiences can also positively impact academic achievement and future life opportunities.

SPECIALIZATION: My favorite part of coaching is helping the girls realize their potential that they do not yet see. I love equipping them with the tools, strategies, and confidence they need to know what to do, where to be and how to succeed. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch when things just start to “click” for them.
PERSONAL NOTES: I am a seasoned full time Realtor and land developer. Throughout my real estate career, I have primarily specialized in investment properties, construction, land severances, development, flips, and BRRRs. My commitment to excellence goes beyond the professional realm, as I actively participate in these processes for both clients and in my personal endeavours.
On the personal front, I enjoy playing slo-pitch and volleyball in adult leagues. I have a loving family at home—a 11-year-old daughter named Hanna and my wonderful wife, Miha. Originally from Poland, I made Canada my home at the age of 10, my strong roots occasionally draw me back to my homeland. Travel remains a cherished pursuit of mine. I embrace opportunities to travel the world whenever they arise, exploring and appreciating diverse cultures to broaden my horizons both personally and professionally.
