By agreeing to this Club Policy Waiver, all parties fully acknowledge they have read and understand the details within the Club policies and will abide by their expectations to the best of their abilities. I understand that these policies are in place to promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all athletes, parents/guardians, coaches, and staff.
