SPECIALIZATION: My passion is igniting a love for volleyball in young athletes. Over the past several seasons, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering the decision-making process within the cycle of volleyball action—breaking it down, simplifying it, and transforming it into a teachable, game-changing skill. My focus is on making complex in-game decisions feel instinctive, helping players read the game faster, react smarter, and play with confidence.
PERSONAL NOTES: I've been married for over 25 years to an incredible wife who has always supported my passion for volleyball. Our two kids have both played club volleyball, making the sport a true family affair. When I’m not coaching, I’m tackling a never-ending to-do list—though somehow, I always manage to find time for volleyball.

SPECIALIZATION: My favorite part of training is helping athletes transition from a 6-6 to a 6-3 to a 6-2 formation. It's incredibly rewarding to watch them go from not knowing what a specialization is to confidently taking control of the court. I love equipping them with the tools, strategies, and confidence they need to know where to be, what to do, and how to succeed.
PERSONAL NOTES: As an advocate for volleyball for life, you’ll often find me on the court, field, or course. I still actively play volleyball, soccer, baseball, and disc golf. At home, I enjoy spending quality time with my family—Allison and Lionel—whether we're reading the same book over and over or tossing a ball around the house. To unwind at night, I might be playing board games with friends, playing video games or watching the Raptors struggle to make the playoffs.
