COACHING PHILOSOPHY: Constantly evolve. Although you may think you know the best way to coach, you must be willing to observe, listen, and change based on what is around you. Be adaptable in your approaches to planning, execution, and training. Similarly, as an athlete, you must be willing to learn, change, and adapt to the needs of your team, your coach, and the environment you are currently in.
COACHING EXPERIENCE: Over the past 8 seasons, I have been lucky enough to work in a number of programs and build the youth sports community in London through various roles. Working to build a grassroots youth sports program to remove the financial barrier to accessing sports, and working with the Fanshawe Women's Volleyball team as the lead assistant coach, I have had the opportunity to learn and grow from so many experiences, mentors, and athletes. I have recently found a passion for pursuing learning opportunities in other provincial programs and building connections with coaches in Manitoba and Vancouver.

SPECIALIZATION: Defend to attack. The best feeling is getting a massive scoop off a hard hit or tip and transiting it into an attack.
PERSONAL NOTES: When I am not coaching on the court, I am in the sand. I work at London’s indoor beach volleyball facility, The Beach Hangar. I am lucky enough to have volleyball as my job.
